How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
For UK orders, we ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Delivery is typically made the next working day after dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over £50, otherwise a flat fee of £4.50 applies.
For international orders, delivery times typically range from 7–14 working days depending on the destination. A flat shipping fee of £20 applies to all international orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide.
International delivery typically takes 7–14 working days following dispatch. Customers are responsible for ensuring that our products can be legally imported into their country.
Peptide Prime is not responsible for packages delayed, seized, or rejected by customs, nor for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees that may apply.
How can I track my order?
We don’t send tracking details as standard. Orders are usually delivered within 1 working day from the date they are dispatched.
If you haven’t received your order within the expected timeframe, please reach out to our customer service team and they will provide you with the tracking number.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the exterior.

Payments & Billing
What payment methods do you accept?
For UK orders, we accept payment via UK bank transfer or cryptocurrency.
For international orders, payment is accepted exclusively via cryptocurrency.
Bitcoin payments can be made directly at checkout. If you would prefer to pay with another cryptocurrency, such as Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), or Monero (XMR), please contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram before placing your order.
How do crypto payments work?
Bitcoin payments are processed securely through our checkout system.
If you wish to pay using Ethereum, Litecoin, Monero, or another supported cryptocurrency, please contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram and we will provide payment instructions.
Orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed.

How should I store my products?
For optimal stability, lyophilised peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended.
Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated at 2–8°C and used within a reasonable timeframe according to standard laboratory practices.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles, excessive heat, moisture, and prolonged exposure to light, as these may affect product stability.
The purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of all products, which are supplied strictly for laboratory research purposes.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of research chemicals and peptides, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed.
However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
